ECSC has a strong company culture with a focus on the professional development of its employees as well as creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. We host quarterly company-wide development days and various social activities throughout the year help promote this. All of our employees are provided with regular business updates and are informed on the latest company news.

ECSC provides various benefits for its employees, as an example, in the UK these include Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Pension Scheme with up to a 5% matched employer contribution, free on-site parking (for those based at or visiting our head office), access to 25 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays and the opportunity to subscribe to our Employee Benefits platform.

Everyone is asked to complete an annual Employee Engagement Survey to share their thoughts on all aspects of their experience with ECSC, including ‘My Team’, ‘My Role’, ‘Reward & Recognition’ and ‘Work Environment & Well-being’. The results of the survey help inform what we should stop, start and continue doing as a Company and directly influence which exercises/projects we need to focus on and in which order. Below you’ll see a short insight into the feedback included in this year’s survey.
