Partner Manager

£35-45k package, with £60k+ OTE
Full-time, Permanent, Remote (UK)

Are you an experienced Partner Manager looking for a new challenge or your next step?

This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s, longest standing, leading cyber security provider. As part of our ongoing growth, ECSC Group plc is expanding the sales team to include a dedicated Partner Manager, who will help to increase revenue within our well established Partner Programme. Whilst beneficial, previous experience in cyber security is not a requirement.

Due to the ongoing expansion and growth, this is a new role and therefore offers excellent opportunities for career progression.

ECSC runs 24/7/365 managed cyber security services from UK and Australian Security Operations Centres, in addition to a range of consulting and cyber security testing services. ECSC serves a wide range of clients from small start-ups to multi-nationals, including 10% of the FTSE 100. We are proud of our 20 year history, 20% average annual growth, unrivalled industry reputation, and London stock market listing. Our 90%+ staff retention rate is testament to our team approach and commitment to staff development at all levels.

Our fast-growing Partner Programme now consists of over 100 resellers, who consistently give positive feedback on both the partner programme and the quality of delivery. They range from individual consultants referring work to the ECSC sales team, to large VARs with sales teams of up to 50. We offer extensive support including initial training, tailored training to larger partners, partner events, and marketing support. Our internal systems to track client ownership and deal registration are all in place.

The Role

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the Partner Manager will:

  • Grow and develop the relationship with existing channel partners, through regular and consistent engagement
  • Share knowledge of service lines and industry trends to ensure partners are equipped to sell
  • Create individual ‘go to market’ plans for all active partners, support and review regularly/li>
  • Be responsible for the partner sales performance against target
  • Provide the management team with accurate activity reports, channel information and forecasting
  • Participate in continually improving the partner programme
  • Work closely with the marketing and internal sales support teams to maximise partner recruitment, training and sales
  • Establish and maintain positive team and partner relationships

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ channel sales experience
  • Proven track record in the effective management and development of channel partners
  • Proven sales track record identifying and closing business
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive confident attitude
  • Highly motivated with a pragmatic business acumen
  • Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation
  • Whilst an awareness of cyber security would be useful, it is not essential
