Accounts Assistant
£18-£22k p.a. pro rata
Part-time (25 hours over 5 days, Mon-Fri), permanent, Bradford-office based (UK)
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a new part-time challenge or your next step?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s, longest standing, leading cyber security provider. As part of our ongoing growth, ECSC Group plc is expanding the Finance team to include an Accounts Assistant in a varied role which includes all aspect of purchase ledger, and payroll support.
ECSC runs 24/7/365 managed cyber security services from UK and Australian Security Operations Centres, in addition to a range of consulting and cyber security testing services. ECSC serves a wide range of clients from small start-ups to multi-nationals, including 10% of the FTSE 100. The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Assisting with all aspects of Purchase Ledger
- Month-end support, including inputting journals
- Partner invoice tracking
- Maintaining spreadsheets, including accruals and prepayments, leasing, utilities, fixed assets and contracts
- Payroll support, including P11D
- Ad-hoc office administration
Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 1 years’ relevant accounts experience
- Good Excel skills essential
- AAT desirable
- Sage 50 experience desirable
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload
- A strong team working ethic
